- billing or purchase information
We collect your personal information in order to ensure we have all the necessary details to meet all your electrical needs in a timely and customer service focussed way. If you advise us you are a Gold Card holder, please show us your card, and a 15% discount on materials may apply. Please note that Gold Card discounted invoices must be paid within 7 days.
Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter location details however, we'll possibly be unable to provide the required electrical services.
We keep your information safe by storing it in a local drive that is physically secure in our office premises and only allowing authorised staff to access it.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
